This policy explains how the Messenger assistant handles information when you contact the Facebook Page Santos Hopkins. The service is operated by the page administrator. For privacy questions, contact macrosaero@gmail.com.
1. Information we process
When you message the Page, the assistant receives your Facebook Messenger page-scoped user identifier, message text, and relevant messaging events. If you voluntarily send registration or support details, such as your name, phone number, bank name, or account number, those details may be visible to the Page administrators in the Messenger conversation. Please avoid sending passwords, one-time codes, or information that is not needed for your request.
2. Why we use it
We use messaging information to respond to requests, display game suggestions when requested, avoid repeating the automated welcome message, and allow administrators to provide customer support. The assistant uses a stored indicator associated with your Messenger identifier to track whether a welcome message has already been sent.
3. Services involved
Messages are transmitted through Meta/Facebook Messenger. The assistant runs on Cloudflare Workers and uses Cloudflare KV for the welcome-message indicator. A separate Google Sheets-based service provides game suggestion data. These providers may process technical information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not state that information is transferred to Google Sheets unless required by the relevant feature.
4. Retention and security
We keep information only as needed for messaging operations, support, legal requirements, and resolving requests. Messenger conversations may remain in the Page inbox under Meta's applicable retention controls. The welcome-message indicator remains until removed or the service is reset. We use access controls and service credentials to restrict unauthorized access; no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your choices and requests
You may stop messaging the Page at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of information controlled by the Page, email macrosaero@gmail.com and describe your request and the Facebook Page involved. We may need to verify that the request concerns your own information. We will respond within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal obligations and platform limitations. For information held directly by Meta, use Meta's privacy controls.
6. Updates
We may revise this policy if the service changes. The current version will be posted here with an updated date.
