User Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of personal data processed by this Messenger assistant:
- Send an email to macrosaero@gmail.com with the subject Messenger Data Deletion Request.
- State that your request concerns the Santos Hopkins Facebook Page and describe the information you want removed. Do not email passwords or one-time codes.
- We may ask for limited information to verify the request and locate the relevant Messenger record.
- We will review the request and remove information under our control where applicable, including the welcome-message indicator in Cloudflare KV, subject to legal obligations and platform limitations, and reply with the outcome.
For Messenger messages or account data stored directly by Meta, you may also use Facebook/Messenger privacy settings or contact Meta. Deleting data controlled by this assistant does not automatically delete data held independently by Meta.
